Consultant in Deloitte Portugal, in IT Consulting for the Financial Services area. Deloitte is a Big4 consulting company that works with the biggest names in the market. All projects I have worked on were in well-recognized international brands.

Curricular internship at Impacting Digital, a company from Impacting Group based on UPTEC, for the degree in Marketing Management. I was responsible for implementing marketing automation strategies in SMARKIO software, as well as creating and defining chatbots strategies for various projects.
Key achievement: Designed and implemented automated conversation flow (chatbot) that reached a 17% lead conversion rate and a 4% sales conversion rate.
